I would be happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have about buying a home. As a Realtor, it's my job to make a potentially complicated process into a pleasant experience.
In the meantime, here is some information to get you started.
This should be the first step in the process of buying a home so that you have a very clear idea of what you can afford. Pre-approval means contacting a mortgage broker or your bank who will determine what you can afford to buy - based on your income and down payment.
Meet with me to discuss what your needs and wants are. At this time, I will find all the listings on the market that fit your parameters. I will go over the process of buying a home, step by step, and discuss my commitment to you.
We are now ready to actively start looking for your new home. On a daily basis, I will use the computer to search for all the new listings that may work for you. I will e-mail, call or fax you the listing(s). You will be constantly updated. You will have the advantage of advance notice if I list a property or if any Realtor at Re/Max All Points lists a property that may suit your needs. I am sure that you will keep looking in the local papers and real estate papers and watching out for "For Sale" signs on front lawns. If you come across any property on your own by either visiting an 'Open House' or seeing another Realtor's "For Sale" sign or seeing a "For Sale By Owner" sign; please call me and I will set up the showing appointments. Most homes are listed on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and I have all the information at my fingertips.
We understand the relationship between homebuyers and Agents must be based on trust, mutual goals and understanding—this is why we always keep your interests first and foremost. The real estate process requires negotiation of complex issues; we are committed to working in your best interests. We will help you secure the best possible price, with the most favorable terms, in the shortest period of time.
When searching for your dream home, it’s important to be well informed of the Real Estate market. To help you with this process, consider the following factors: What features do you require in a home to satisfy your lifestyle now? Five years from now? Will your needs change? What’s your budget? These are decisions only you can make, but we will do everything possible to match you with your dream home.
I would be happy to explain the buyer's expenditures, and answer any questions you may have.
